Vocal CoachingÂ

Whether you are preparing for auditions, developing your technique or building confidence, our coaching is shaped around your goals, your experience and the
next step of your journey.Â
Â
A supportive environment where performers discover what works best for them and grow with confidence.
Whether you are looking for personalised vocal coaching or professional representation, The Noteworthy Approach
offers thoughtful support, honest guidance and a performer-first approach to help you move forward with confidence.
Agency Representation
Thoughtful representation for performers seeking opportunities across stage and screen.

Representation is built around the individual performer—
their strengths, ambitions and long-term career.Â

Alongside securing opportunities, the focus is on honest communication, professional guidance and
championing the whole performer.
The Noteworthy Approach
A performer-first philosophy built around honest guidance, individual support and long-term development.
Individual Support
Honest Guidance
Whole Performer Focus
Every performer is different.Â
Support is tailored to the individual—their strengths, goals and the stage they are at in their journey.
Clear communication, professional insight and thoughtful advice are at the heart of the approach,
helping you feel informed,
supported and confident in the decisions you make.
Opportunities are important, but they are only part of the journey. The focus is on developing confident, resilient performers who continue to grow throughout their careers.

Meet Sarah
The Noteworthy Approach is led by Sarah Jennings — vocal coach, musical director and talent agent, with a career built around supporting performers both in training and in the industry.

Having studied at the Royal Northern College of Music and gone on to work across vocal coaching, musical direction, teaching and talent representation, Sarah's experience allows her to support performers from many different perspectives.
Â
She has worked with young performers, developing artists and established professionals alike, always with the same aim: to help each performer feel understood, supported and confident in the direction they're taking.

Whether through coaching or representation, Sarah believes that lasting careers are built on trust,
honest guidance and continual development—not simply the next opportunity.
